tired... ran 1.2k today ... 8.40min ..holimama i fail again ... fail by 40sec.... haha ... after the freakin runnin and de pull up we went to our nutrient class .... and ut start at 5.15 to 7 ... wad a bad day ... so tired... keep yawnin in class.... haha i got tain for my arm muscle ..but why i still cant do pull up .. i wondering why ....
